How much does the edge of the S26 Series Edge Case rise above the screen after installation?
The four corners of the case rise approximately 0.5–0.6 mm above the screen, while the side edges rise about 0.3–0.4 mm. But the bottom edge of the case is lower than the screen — this is an intentional design to make it easier for users to remove the case.
How much does the camera frame of the S26 Series Edge Cases rise above the phone’s camera lenses?
For the S26 Ultra Edge Case: The camera frame rises approx. 0.6 mm above the camera lenses.
For the S26 & S26+ Edge Cases: The camera frame rises approx. 1 mm above the camera lenses.
Is the S26 Series Edge Case a full-wrap design?
No. The case has open cutouts for the power and volume buttons, as well as the charging port. These buttons remain exposed while the case is on.
How protective is the Ultra Slim series case?
The Ultra Slim series is designed to be extremely thin and light, providing a bare-metal-like experience. It offers sufficient protection against daily scratches and minor impacts. However, for stronger shocks or drops, the protection level may not match that of the ProGuard or UltraGuard series. If protection is your priority, we recommend choosing one of those alternatives.
What is PitaTap?
PitaTap is a case under 1 mm thick that shields the Camera Control Button with aramid fiber, while a hidden capacitive layer lets you tap and slide effortlessly. Seamlessly integrated, it preserves the aramid texture for precise, responsive control.
*PitaTap is only available for some models of iPhone 17 and iPhone 16 cases.
Will PitaTap affect the sensitivity of the camera control button?
No, all series undergo rigorous testing to ensure no impact on sensitivity. If you need to adjust sensitivity, navigate to: Settings → Camera → Camera Control → Accessibility → Light-Press Force.
Why do the patterns on the case have slight variations in alignment?
Our woven case is meticulously crafted using aramid fiber weaving. Throughout the manufacturing process, which includes weaving the yarn into fabric, cutting, shaping, and spraying, there may be slight deviations in the alignment of the patterns. These variations are a result of the naturally occurring and unavoidable uneven force applied during production. However, we want to assure you that our dedicated quality control team thoroughly inspects and handpicks the cases before shipping, ensuring that the patterns fall within a reasonable and aesthetically pleasing range of alignment.
Why is PitaTap™ only used on the Ultra Slim series?
We select the best button solution based on the characteristics of each case, following the principle of preserving the original design while providing the best possible operation.
For the Ultra Slim case, we use the PitaTap™ button, which balances softness and rigidity for optimal feedback.
For the Pro Guard case, we use a soft, thin TPU button.
For the Ultra Guard case, we use a hard glass camera button.
This approach ensures that the button design integrates seamlessly with each case type, delivering the best overall user experience.
How to properly install and remove my Ultra Slim phone case?
Place your fingers at the corner of the case near the volume buttons and push diagonally upward to remove. Please refer to the image below.
Tip: If the case feels too tight, try wrapping a dry tissue around it for better grip and easier removal.
Are the PITAKA Samsung phone cases also compatible with PITAKA MagSafe gears?
Yes. PITAKA Samsung cases — including those for the Galaxy S25/S24/S23 series, Galaxy Z Flip 4/5/6/7 series, and Galaxy Z Fold 6/7 series — are all compatible with PITAKA MagSafe gears.
However, please note the following:
S Pen interference: MagSafe accessories such as MagEZ Grip may interfere with S Pen operation. Please avoid attaching these accessories to the back of your phone case when using the S Pen.
Compatibility limitations: The Magnetic Woven Power Bank and Magnetic Woven Wallet are not compatible with the Fold series and S series Ultra models, as the raised camera ring prevents a stable magnetic attachment.
